Dhaneshwar Damry, aged 42, is a first generation Mauritian entrepreneur. As a Bhumishq founder and lifelong Bhumishq director, he has been passionate about building a legacy of enabling change through entrepreneurship. He has built and operated the first data centre, cloud and payments companies of Mauritius and Sub-Sahara Africa. He is focused on positioning Bhumishq as the first and leading digital and fintech change enabler for Business 4.0.
He was called to the bar as a barrister by Gray’s Inn, UK and the Supreme Court of Mauritius. He is an alumnus of the TRIUM EMBA (joint executive MBA by NYU Stern, HEC Paris and LSE). As a Bhumishq founder and lifelong Bhumishq director, he has been passionate about

SHILPA BOTHRA DAMRY
Managing Director
Shilpa Bothra Damry is a founder and lifelong director of Bhumishq. As Bhumishq change champion, she has successfully executed pioneering projects in data centre, cloud and payments in Mauritius. She is focused on data as an agent of change and she is building products and solutions for the data industry, e.g. data repositories, cyber security and artificial intelligence.
She holds an MBA from the University of London and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
